Unsupervised Delicious Strawberry homemade jam, made effortlessly in Thermomix

With perfect Temperature-controlled cooking, making jam is easy with Thermomix. A great way to use up an abundance of fruit which me and the kids picked at the farm. Only use ripe fruit for this recipe, don’t use frozen. Setting point test:

Place a saucer in freezer for around 5-10 minutes.

Place 1 tsp jam on the chilled saucer. When jam on saucer is cool, push it with your finger. If the jam wrinkles, it is ready.

If not, boil jam for another 2 minutes then test again. Raspberry jam: substitute Strawberries with 500gm raspberries. Reduce cooking time 8-10 minutes according to preferred consistency. Mixed berry jam: use a total of 250gm Strawberries and 250gm raspberries. Reduce cooking time to 25-30 minutes.
