240g rice flour

2 pandan leaves, tied into knot

240g fresh grated coconut 20g brown sugar 1. Prepare 270g water, cooking oil & 1/2 tsp salt in MB. Boil 5min/100c/sp2 2. Add rice flour, mix 30sec/sp2.5. Transfer dough into putu mayam mould. Clean MB 3. Cut 8-12pcs of parchment paper. Press dough on parchment paper 4. Place 500g water & pandan leaves in MB. Set Varoma into position & steam 10min/V/Reverse/sp2 5. Carefully open varoma lid. Transfer steamed putu mayam to a serving plate. 6.
