Chive’s Oil using the Thermomix

CHIVE OIL using Thermomix:

400gr fresh chives

400ml good vegetable oil (sunflower or grape seeds are good options) Blitz in high speed to get a purée consistency, around 1 minute. Drop the speed to 2 and set up the temperature for 75•C degrees. When the mixture reach the temperature, keep going for more 10 minutes. After that is ready to drain.

Use a strainer covered with J cloth. Allow it to sit by itself to get a clear and nice quality oil. After that is ready to use. For longer shelf life, keep it inside the freezer up to 3 month. Enjoy.
