Ingredients:

Fish 500 gm

For masala paste :

Shallots 5-6

Garlic Cloves 5-6

Ginger 1 inch piece

Green chilli 1

Curry leaves 1 spring

Kashmiri red chilli powder 1 tbsp

Turmeric powder half tsp

Salt to taste

Coconut oil half tbsp

Lemon juice 1 tsp

Water 1-2 tbsp

Grind all the above ingredients and make a fine paste.

Marination:

Take any fish of your choice and pour the ground masala to the fish gently massage it into the fish until it is evenly coated.

Refrigerate for 3-4 hours.

For airfrying fish:

Preheat the airfryer for 2 mins at 180 degree Celsius. Once its done take out the basket and grease it with little oil,place the marinated fish into the basket . Put it back into the airfryer.

Airfry for 10 minutes at 180 degree Celsius. After 10 minutes Take out the basket and brush some oil on the top of the fish and flip it . Put it back into the airfryer and airfry for 10 minutes at 180 degree Celsius.

After 10 minutes Take out the basket and serve the fish with your favorite main course.

Ingredientes para Pescado frito en Air Fryer

  • Pescado 500 gramos
  • Para la pasta de masala:

    • Chalotas 5-6
    • Dientes de ajo 5-6
    • Jengibre 1 pieza de 1 pulgada
    • Chile verde 1
    • Hojas de curry 1 ramita
    • Pimentón rojo de Cachemira 1 cucharada
    • Cúrcuma media cucharadita
    • Sal al gusto
    • Aceite de coco media cucharada
    • Jugo de limón 1 cucharadita
    • Agua 1-2 cucharadas

Instrucciones para Pescado frito en Air Fryer

Moler todos los ingredientes anteriores y hacer una pasta fina.

Marinado: Tomar cualquier pescado de tu elección y verter la pasta molida sobre el pescado masajéalo suavemente hasta que esté uniformemente cubierto. Refrigerar durante 3-4 horas.

Para freír en airfryer: Precalienta el airfryer durante 2 minutos a 180 grados Celsius. Una vez hecho, saca la cesta y engrásala con un poco de aceite, coloca el pescado marinado en la cesta. Vuelve a colocar en el airfryer.

Freír al aire durante 10 minutos a 180 grados Celsius. Después de 10 minutos, saca la cesta y cepilla un poco de aceite en la parte superior del pescado y dale la vuelta. Vuelve a colocar en el airfryer y freír al aire durante 10 minutos a 180 grados Celsius.

Después de 10 minutos, saca la cesta y sirve el pescado con tu plato principal favorito.
