Haciendo Natillas es tan simple con el Thermomix | ¡Ven a aprender mis consejos!
Las natillas son un postre clásico y delicioso que puedes preparar fácilmente con tu Thermomix. En esta receta te mostraré cómo hacerlas de manera rápida y sencilla.
Ingredientes para Natillas
- 1 litro de leche
- 6 yemas de huevo
- 100 gramos de azúcar
- 1 rama de canela
- Corteza de limón
Instrucciones para Natillas
1. En el vaso del Thermomix, coloca la leche, las yemas de huevo, el azúcar, la canela y la corteza de limón.
2. Programa 10 minutos, temperatura 90ºC, velocidad 4.
3. Retira la canela y la corteza de limón.
4. Vierte las natillas en recipientes individuales y déjalas enfriar en la nevera durante al menos 2 horas.
5. ¡Disfruta de tus deliciosas natillas caseras!
