Fresh Milk

Soybean powder

Mochi

Condensed Milk

Red bean paste

Almond Nuts Steps

1. Pour milk into ice cube tray and freeze (use at least 2-3 ice trays to make portions sufficient for the entire family. Dependent on fridge brands and size of ice trays) 2. Blitz the frozen milk cubes for 20sec, turning the dial from 1 to 10 gradually. Put aside/into a bowl. 3. Coat mochi with soybean powder and cut into smaller size. 4.
