How to chop/ grate/ mill in Thermomix?
When was the last time you cried chopping onions? 🔪🧅😭 This is one of the reasons I love my Thermomix as it chops in seconds so no more crying or chopping for hours when making stews/salads etc. This is one of the 24 functions of Thermomix that make my life a lot easier. But if you want to have a good cry, let it all out (no need to chop the onions though 😆) and you will feel so much better afterwards. Check this video how you don’t need to use the book anymore for times/speeds or quantities when chopping/grinding/ milling in Thermomix. You can also set the scales before chopping but I preferred to do it beforehand so I knew how much onions I needed.
