Thermomix High-Fibre Porridge (No Oats!) | Keto, Low Carb, Vegan, Grain Free, Gluten Free

FREE RECIPE HERE: I promise you will feel GREAT after eating starting your day with this!! And it’s gluten free, grain free, dairy free, vegan and can even be made low carb and keto! You’ll feel super full and satisfied, so you can focus on everything you’ve got to get done, but you’ll also be moving all the crap out of your system (literally!!). Our whole family travels with a container of this, so no matter where we are and what we’ll be indulging in later on, we’ve started the day wholesomely (and the digestion stays tip-top!). This recipe makes a big batch, but feel free to simply make half (follow the same steps). However, if you’re going to be consuming daily it’s easiest just to go the whole hog and store in a jar in the fridge to keep it fresh.
