Recipe (Spinach Corn Crispy Balls – Air Fryer):
Boil spinach until it becomes soft.
Add sweet corn to the same pan and cook together.
In a bowl, add rice flour, cornflour, pepper, black salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and seasoning masala (I used taco seasoning).
Add the cooked spinach and corn.
Add a little cooked rice.
Add parmesan cheese and salt as needed.
Mix everything well to form a thick paste.
Shape the mixture into small balls.
Air fry at 380°F for 10 minutes until crispy.
Crispy spinach corn balls are ready to serve.
