Receta fácil Tarta esponjosa de limón 🍋 con thermomix 💚 cookidoo receta con subtítulos

Ingredientes

Base de galletas

180 g de galletas digestive en trozos

80 g de mantequilla en trozos

Esponjoso de limón

· 50 g de azúcar

· 4 tiras de piel de limón

· 200 g de agua

· 1 sobre de gelatina en polvo sabor limón

· ¼ de cucharadita de sal

· 40 g de zumo de limón

· 100 g de azúcar glas

· 1 cucharadita de levadura química en polvo
