Getting into a habit of making things now that both save money and we use quite a lot of so once we are on the road I’ll be in the habit of too.
First off the rank is the natural yogurt! Kids have loved this one with their breakfast. Things we use this for:

🌸 Smoothies
🌸 Curries
🌸Mexican (omit sour cream)
🌸Added into dressings or dips
🌸snack for the kids

Yogurt Casero
¡Prepara tu propio yogurt natural en casa con Thermomix! Ideal para desayunos, snacks y recetas variadas.
Ingredientes para Yogurt Casero
- 1 litro de leche fresca
- 1 sobre de fermento láctico
Instrucciones para Yogurt Casero
1. Calienta la leche a 90°C durante 10 minutos en Thermomix.
2. Deja enfriar la leche a 45°C y añade el fermento láctico.
3. Programa Thermomix a 37°C durante 8 horas.
4. Refrigera el yogurt casero durante al menos 4 horas antes de consumir.
