• 1 lb chicken wings
• 1 tsp onion powder
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 1 tsp paprika
• 1 tsp ground black pepper
• 1 tsp Creole seasoning
• 4 tbsp unsalted butter
• 3 tbsp honey
• 2 tbsp lemon pepper seasoning
Instructions
1. Preheat the Oven or Air Fryer
• Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) or your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
2. Season the Wings
• Pat the chicken wings dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
• In a large bowl, toss the wings with onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, black pepper, and Creole seasoning. Ensure they are evenly coated.
3. Bake or Air Fry the Wings
• Oven: Place the wings on a wire rack over a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and golden brown.
• Air Fryer: Arrange the wings in a single layer and cook for 20-25 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
4. Prepare the Honey Lemon Pepper Sauce
• In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat.
• Stir in the honey and lemon pepper seasoning, mixing well. Simmer for 1-2 minutes until fully combined.
5. Coat the Wings
• Once the wings are done, toss them in the honey lemon pepper sauce until evenly coated.
6. Serve & Enjoy
• Plate the wings and garnish with extra lemon pepper seasoning if desired. Serve hot with ranch or blue cheese dressing on the side.
