Can the Thermomix make the ULTIMATE Middle Eastern meal for iftar?

Tarek had the chance to test whether a Thermomix could make an authentic, Middle Eastern iftar meal in the third episode of Ramadan on the Road. Watch the full episode to see the results!

Ingredientes para la receta de Thermomix:

  • Carne de cordero 1kg
  • Especias árabes
  • Arroz basmati 500g
  • Tomates 3 unidades
  • Cebolla 1 unidad
  • Aceite de oliva
  • Sal y pimienta al gusto

Instrucciones para la receta de Thermomix:

1. En primer lugar, sazona la carne de cordero con las especias árabes.

2. Corta los tomates y la cebolla en trozos pequeños.

3. En la Thermomix, calienta un poco de aceite de oliva y añade la carne de cordero para dorarla.

4. Agrega los tomates y la cebolla, y cocina hasta que estén tiernos.

5. Añade el arroz basmati y agua, y cocina hasta que el arroz esté listo.

6. ¡Disfruta de tu deliciosa comida para iftar!
