No kneading, no oil, no complicated steps! 🥖
Today I’m sharing an incredibly easy homemade European bread recipe that works perfectly with both an oven and air fryer. Even baking beginners can nail it on the first try!
We mix simple daily ingredients: milk, yeast, a touch of sugar, salt and one egg, then add high-gluten flour, fragrant black sesame seeds and sweet dried fruits. The dough turns out soft and tender with zero effort.
After a short rest and simple stretch & fold, let the dough rise fully. Shape it gently, score the surface, then bake at 160°C for 35 minutes. The result is golden bread with a crispy crust and fluffy, soft interior.
Healthy, light and full of natural flavor! It’s an ideal staple for breakfast, paired with milk or coffee for a wonderful start to your day.
