Hello everyone, today I’m going to show you a simple Air Fryer Eggplant Recipe!
You only need a few ingredients.
Ingredients:
– One Eggplant.
– Tomato pulp or tomato puree: 400 g / 14 oz.
– Mozzarella cheese: 100 g / 3.5 oz.
– Taggiasca olives.
– One clove of garlic.
– Fresh basil leaves.
– Oregano.
– Olive oil.
– Salt.
Cook in the Air Fryer at 180 °C / 356 °F for 25 minutes.
Cook in the Air Fryer at 180 °C / 356 °F for 7 minutes.
