🍴 Serves 4 (snack) or 6 (nibbles)
✨ Ingredients
500g puff pastry
400g sausage meat
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp dried rosemary (optional)
Salt & pepper
Spray oil
You’ll also need: parchment paper + air fryer
👩🍳 Method
1️⃣ Roll pastry to ~1cm thick
2️⃣ Season sausage meat
3️⃣ Form into 2 long logs on pastry
4️⃣ Fold over, seal & slice
5️⃣ Brush with egg, score tops
6️⃣ Preheat air fryer to 190°C
7️⃣ Line basket, space out rolls
8️⃣ Cook 10–12 mins until golden & cooked through
9️⃣ Cool slightly and serve with your favourite sauce!
🌶 Optional flavour boost: Add grated cheese, chilli flakes, or caramelised onions to the mix for next-level sausage rolls!

Sabrosos, crujientes y llenos de sabor, ¡estos Sausage Rolls en Air Fryer son peligrosamente fáciles de hacer! 😍
Ingredientes para Sausage Rolls en Air Fryer
- 500g de masa de hojaldre
- 400g de carne de salchicha
- 1 huevo, batido
- 1 cucharadita de romero seco (opcional)
- Sal y pimienta
- Aceite en spray
Instrucciones para Sausage Rolls en Air Fryer
1️⃣ Extiende la masa hasta ~1cm de grosor. 2️⃣ Sazona la carne de salchicha. 3️⃣ Forma 2 rollos largos sobre la masa. 4️⃣ Dobla, sella y corta. 5️⃣ Pincela con huevo, haz cortes en la parte superior. 6️⃣ Precalienta el air fryer a 190°C. 7️⃣ Forra la cesta, coloca los rollos. 8️⃣ Cocina 10-12 minutos hasta que estén dorados y cocidos. 9️⃣ Deja enfriar un poco y sirve con tu salsa favorita.
