1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp oil
Method:
Preheat the air fryer at 180°C for 2 minutes. Cut the salmon into bite-sized pieces and pat them dry well. In a bowl, mix ginger garlic paste, rice flour, chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric, garam masala, salt, lemon juice, and oil to form a thick marinade. Add the salmon pieces and coat them evenly. Let it rest for 10–15 minutes for better flavour.
Place the marinated salmon pieces in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook at 180°C for 12 minutes, flipping halfway through to ensure even cooking and slight crispiness on the outside.
Serve hot with lemon wedges and onion slices.
Tips:
1. Rice flour helps make it slightly crispy
2. Don’t overcook — salmon should stay juicy inside
3. Add a pinch of black pepper for extra flavour

Instrucciones para Perfect Salmon Fish Bites
