Today, I’m sharing the easiest Air Fryer cake recipe you can make at home. This Suji (Rava) Cake is extra special because it was my first-ever cake baked in an air fryer, and it turned out perfectly soft and delicious.
The recipe is very simple and beginner-friendly. Start by beating fennel powder, fresh cream (malai), yogurt (dahi), and jaggery powder until well combined. Then add semolina (suji), baking soda, and baking powder and mix gently. If the batter feels too thick, add a little milk to adjust the consistency.
Preheat the air fryer for 3 minutes, then bake the rava cake at 160°C for 40–50 minutes. Once baked, allow the cake to cool completely before slicing for the best texture.
