Receta fácil Ceviche de bacalao 🐟 con thermomix 💚 Cookidoo receta con subtítulos

Ingredientes

· 400 g de lomo de bacalao fresco sin piel ni espinas

· 4 pellizcos de sal

· 2 pellizcos de pimienta negra molida

· 70 g de zumo de limón

· 80 g de zumo de lima

· 20 g de cebolla roja

· 1 – 2 dientes de ajo

· 12 – 16 ramitas de cilantro fresco (solo las hojas)

· 1 – 2 pellizcos de chile seco desmenuzadoo bien ½ – 1 cucharadita de tabasco

· 3 cubitos de hielo

· 100 g de cebolla roja en cuartos

· 100 g de pimiento rojo en trozos

· 1 tomate en dados de 1,5 cm (aprox. 200 g)
