Hello Folks!

I hope you’re all well, and thank you for stopping by for this weeks wee recipe video 🙂 I was very kindly sent the COSORI TwinFry air fryer for review…and have to say, I’m very impressed by it. Much bigger than my previous model …which means I can cook more things at the same time!instead of having to use my main oven also 🙂 Although this was gifted, my opinions when reviewing a product will always be honest and truthful.

What I used: Makes one large festive bake

* 225ml (7.6 oz) Whole milk

* 1.5 Tablespoons of cornflour (cornstarch)

* Salt & Pepper

* 320g (11.2 oz) Ready rolled puff pastry sheet

* 100g (3.5 oz) Cooked turkey or chicken

* 3 Rashers of bacon or bacon lardons

* 50g (1.8 oz) Cooked stuffing (I used a sage & onion stuffing ball)

* 2 Tablespoons of cranberry sauce

* 2 Teaspoons dried sage

* 2 Tablespoon of breadcrumbs

* 2 Tablespoons of parmesan or similar hard cheese, finely grated

* 1 Egg
