Un delicioso postre saludable y fácil de preparar en el Thermomix. Perfecto para satisfacer tu antojo de algo dulce sin caer en un bajón de azúcar.
Ingredientes para Chocolate chia pudding
- 2 cucharadas de semillas de chía
- 1 taza de leche de almendra
Instrucciones para Chocolate chia pudding
En un tazón, mezcla las semillas de chía con la leche de almendra. Deja reposar en el refrigerador durante la noche. ¡Listo para disfrutar!
