This Creamy Pea Pasta is one of those easy Thermomix dinners that uses just a few everyday ingredients but turns out so creamy and delicious. It’s perfect for a busy weeknight, and it’s a recipe that every age can enjoy—my 23-year-old daughter still asks me to make it whenever she comes to visit! 😊
You only need about 5 minutes of hands-on time, and then the Thermomix takes care of the rest. With pasta, frozen peas, cheese, cream and a few basic ingredients, you can have a comforting family dinner ready without much planning.

I also recommend making your own homemade vegetable stock paste instead of using store-bought stock cubes. It’s incredibly easy to make in the Thermomix, you know exactly what goes into it, and it’s a healthier ingredient to keep ready in your refrigerator:
