Ingredients
1/2 kg mava
1 cup desiccated coconut
1/2 cup rawa
Mixed dry fruit nuts- Almond, cashew, pistachio & Kishmish ( raisins)
1 tsp Elichi powder or seeds
Some kesar leaves
1 cup grinded sugar powder
2 cup Maida- Add ghee 1/2 cup add pinch of salt
Add some water as needed, knead a dough
1 tbsp ghee for roasting
Airfryer temperature
160 degrees for 20 minutes
10-10 minutes both sides
For more crunch set the temperature for- 200 degrees for 2 minutes

- 1 taza de coco desecado
- 1/2 taza de rawa
- Nueces mixtas secas: almendra, anacardo, pistacho y pasas
- 1 cucharadita de polvo de cardamomo o semillas
- Algunas hojas de azafrán
- 1 taza de azúcar en polvo
- 2 tazas de harina – Agregar 1/2 taza de ghee y una pizca de sal
- Agregar agua según sea necesario, amasar una masa
- 1 cucharada de ghee para dorar
