Ingredients

1/2 kg mava

1 cup desiccated coconut

1/2 cup rawa

Mixed dry fruit nuts- Almond, cashew, pistachio & Kishmish ( raisins)

1 tsp Elichi powder or seeds

Some kesar leaves

1 cup grinded sugar powder

2 cup Maida- Add ghee 1/2 cup add pinch of salt

Add some water as needed, knead a dough

1 tbsp ghee for roasting

Airfryer temperature

160 degrees for 20 minutes

10-10 minutes both sides

For more crunch set the temperature for- 200 degrees for 2 minutes

  • Nueces mixtas secas: almendra, anacardo, pistacho y pasas
  • 1 cucharadita de polvo de cardamomo o semillas
  • Algunas hojas de azafrán
  • 1 taza de azúcar en polvo
  • 2 tazas de harina – Agregar 1/2 taza de ghee y una pizca de sal
  • Agregar agua según sea necesario, amasar una masa
  • 1 cucharada de ghee para dorar
