My colleagues Laura, Eunice and I ran a short zoom class for our newer owners or those needing a refresher. We also did a cook-along vegetable stock paste which is a great base for soup or other savoury dishes. I had a slight hiccup on my Irish soda bread but all turned out ok in the end!! apologies we ran over!
