M&S made the internet obsessed with this… so I had to see if I could recreate it in my Thermomix with real food. 🍓🍫💚

At first glance, the ingredient list looks incredibly complicated. But when you strip away all the industrial extras, it’s actually a pretty simple combination:

✨ Soft chocolate brioche

✨ Pistachio cream

✨ Dark chocolate sauce

✨ Fresh strawberries

That’s exactly what I made at home, using ingredients I’d happily keep in my own kitchen.

I’m not here to tell you not to buy the M&S version, but I do love showing that trendy food doesn’t have to mean ultra-processed food.

And honestly… I think the homemade version tastes even better. 🤭
