Ingredients:

250g whole cauliflower (trim leaves and wash)

1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste

2-3 tablespoons lemon juice

1-2 tablespoons tandoori masala

1/2 teaspoon cumin powder

1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder

1 tablespoon rice flour or cornstarch

1 tablespoon oil

Method:

Cook the whole cauliflower in salted boiling water for 2 minutes.

Remove and drain the cauliflower.

In a bowl, mix ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, tandoori masala, cumin powder, turmeric powder, rice flour (or cornstarch), and oil to form a smooth paste.

Rub the marinade generously all over the cauliflower, including the underside.

Let it marinate for 10-30 minutes.

Place the marinated cauliflower in the greased air fryer basket.

Air fry at 200°C for 8-10 minutes or until done, brushing with additional oil if needed halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through.

Allow the cauliflower to rest for a few minutes before cutting. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and lemon wedges.

Coliflor Tandoori Entera (Air Fryer)

Ingredientes para Coliflor Tandoori Entera (Air Fryer)

  • 250g de coliflor entera (limpiar las hojas y lavar)
  • 1 cucharada de pasta de jengibre-ajo
  • 2-3 cucharadas de jugo de limón
  • 1-2 cucharadas de masala tandoori
  • 1/2 cucharadita de comino en polvo
  • 1/2 cucharadita de cúrcuma en polvo
  • 1 cucharada de harina de arroz o almidón de maíz
  • 1 cucharada de aceite

Instrucciones para Coliflor Tandoori Entera (Air Fryer)

Cocinar la coliflor entera en agua hirviendo con sal durante 2 minutos.

Retirar y escurrir la coliflor.

En un tazón, mezclar la pasta de jengibre-ajo, jugo de limón, masala tandoori, comino en polvo, cúrcuma en polvo, harina de arroz (o almidón de maíz) y aceite para formar una pasta suave.

Frotar la marinada generosamente por toda la coliflor, incluyendo la parte de abajo.

Dejar marinar durante 10-30 minutos.

Colocar la coliflor marinada en la canasta de la air fryer engrasada.

Cocinar en la air fryer a 200°C durante 8-10 minutos o hasta que esté dorada y cocida por completo, pincelando con aceite adicional si es necesario a la mitad del tiempo.
