Mushroom Tikka In Air Fryer
Delicious and flavorful mushroom tikka cooked in an air fryer, perfect for a veg starter or party appetizer.
Ingredientes para Mushroom Tikka In Air Fryer
- Mushrooms – 250g
- Yogurt – 1/2 cup
- Ginger garlic paste – 1 tbsp
- Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
- Red chili powder – 1 tsp
- Garam masala – 1 tsp
- Coriander powder – 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
- Oil – 1 tbsp
- Chaat masala – for garnish
- Fresh coriander leaves – for garnish
Instrucciones para Mushroom Tikka In Air Fryer
1. Limpia y corta los champiñones en mitades.
2. En un tazón, mezcla el yogur, pasta de jengibre ajo, cúrcuma, chili rojo en polvo, garam masala, coriandro en polvo, sal, jugo de limón y aceite.
3. Agrega los champiñones al tazón y mezcla bien para cubrirlos con la marinada. Deja reposar durante al menos 30 minutos.
4. Precalienta tu air fryer a 180°C.
5. Coloca los champiñones marinados en la canasta del air fryer y cocina durante 12-15 minutos, volteándolos a la mitad del tiempo.
6. Una vez listos, espolvorea chaat masala y hojas de cilantro fresco por encima.
