Recipe in English:
Ingredients:
-Boneless fish fillets 600g or King fish or Fish of your choice
Prepare Lahori Fish Spice Mix:
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed 2 tsp
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp or to taste
-Sabut dhania (Coriander seeds) roasted & crushed 1 tbs
-Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp
-Ajwain (Carom seeds) crushed ½ tsp
-Himalayan pink salt 1 tsp or to taste
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 tsp
-Lehsan paste (Garlic paste) 1 & ½ tbs
-Lemon juice 2 tbs
-Baisan (Gram flour) 1/3 Cup
-Cornflour 2 tbs
-Kashmiri lal mirch (Kashmiri red chilli) powder 1 tsp
-Haldi powder (Turmeric Powder) ¼ tsp
-Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp or to taste
-Water 1/3 Cup or as required
-Cooking oil ½ tbs
-Cooking oil
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped
Directions:
-Cut fish fillet in 4 inch pieces & set aside.
Prepare Lahori Fish Spice Mix:
-In a bowl,add cumin seeds,red chilli powder,coriander seeds,turmeric powder,carom seeds,pink salt,red chilli crushed & mix well.
-In a bowl,add fish fillets,prepared Lahori fish spice mix,garlic paste,lemon juice & coat evenly,cover & marinate for 30 minutes.
-In a bowl,add gram flour,cornflour,kashmiri red chilli powder,turmeric powder,pink salt & mix well.
-Add water & mix well to make a thick paste.
-Add cooking oil & whisk well.
-Now dip marinated fish pieces in prepared batter & coat well.
Option 1: Air fry
-Grease air fryer basket with cooking oil,place fish pieces & spray cooking oil.
-Air fry in preheated air fryer at 170°C for 16-18 minutes (turn sides in between).
Option 2: Deep fry
-Deep fry until done.
-Sprinkle fresh coriander & serve with chutney!

-Fish fillet ko 4 inch pieces mein cut ker lein & side per rakh dein.
Prepare Lahori Fish Spice Mix:
-Bowl mein zeera,lal mirch powder,sabut dhania,haldi powder,ajwain,pink salt aur lal mirch crushed dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Bowl mein fish fillets,tayyar Lahori fish spice mix,lehsan paste aur lemon juice dal ker evenly coat ker lein aur dhak ker 30 minutes kliya marinate ker lein.
-Bowl mein baisan,cornflour,Kashmiri lal mirch powder,haldi powder aur pink salt dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Pani dal dein aur ache tarhan mix ker ka thick paste tayyar ker lein.
-Cooking oil dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
-Ab marinated fish pieces ko tayyar batter mein ache tarhan coat ker lein.
Option 1: Air fry
-Air fryer basket ko cooking oil sa grease karein aur fish pieces rakh ker cooking oil spray ker lein.
-Preheated air fryer mein 170°C per 16-18 minutes kliya air fry ker lein (turn sides in between).
Option 2: Deep fry
-Deep fry ker lein.
-Hara dhania sprinkle karein aur chutney ka saath serve karein!

Ingredientes para Lahori Fish Fry en Air Fryer
- Pescado sin hueso 600g o Rey pescado o Pescado de tu elección
- Mezcla de especias Lahori Fish:
- Zeera (Semillas de comino) tostadas y trituradas 2 cdas
- Polvo de lal mirch (Pimienta roja en polvo) 1 cdta o al gusto
- Sabut dhania (Semillas de cilantro) tostadas y trituradas 1 cda
- Polvo de haldi (Cúrcuma) ½ cdta
- Ajwain (Semillas de alcaravea) trituradas ½ cdta
- Sal rosa del Himalaya 1 cdta o al gusto
- Lal mirch (Pimienta roja) triturada 1 cdta
- Pasta de lehsan (Pasta de ajo) 1 y ½ cdas
- Jugo de limón 2 cdas
- Baisan (Harina de garbanzo) 1/3 taza
- Maicena 2 cdas
- Polvo de lal mirch de Cachemira (Pimienta roja de Cachemira) 1 cdta
- Polvo de haldi (Cúrcuma) ¼ cdta
- Sal rosa del Himalaya ½ cdta o al gusto
- Agua 1/3 taza o según sea necesario
- Aceite de cocina ½ cda
- Aceite de cocina
- Hara dhania (Cilantro fresco) picado
Instrucciones para Lahori Fish Fry en Air Fryer
-Corta los filetes de pescado en trozos de 4 pulgadas y ponlos a un lado.
Prepara la mezcla de especias Lahori Fish:
-En un tazón, agrega las semillas de comino, la pimienta roja en polvo, las semillas de cilantro, el polvo de cúrcuma, las semillas de alcaravea, la sal rosa del Himalaya, la pimienta roja triturada y mezcla bien.
-En un tazón, agrega los filetes de pescado, la mezcla de especias Lahori Fish preparada, la pasta de ajo, el jugo de limón y revuelve uniformemente, cubre y marina durante 30 minutos.
-En un tazón, agrega la harina de garbanzo, la maicena, el polvo de pimienta roja de Cachemira, el polvo de cúrcuma, la sal rosa del Himalaya y mezcla bien.
-Agrega agua y mezcla bien para hacer una pasta espesa.
-Agrega aceite de cocina y bate bien.
-Ahora sumerge los trozos de pescado marinados en la masa preparada y revuelve bien.
Opción 1: Air fry
-Engrasa la cesta del air fryer con aceite de cocina, coloca los trozos de pescado y rocía aceite de cocina.
-Fríe en el air fryer precalentado a 170°C durante 16-18 minutos (gira los lados en el medio).
Opción 2: Freír en aceite
-Fríe hasta que estén listos.
-Espolvorea cilantro fresco y sirve con chutney.
