Ingredients:

400 grams broccoli florets

1/2 cup 20 minutes soaked cardamom

2 green chilies

1 garlic pod

1/2 inch garlic

2 tbsp hung yogurt ( curd)

2 tbsp fresh cream

1/2 tsp kasoori methi

1/4 tsp black pepper powder

1/4 tsp cumin powder

salt to taste

Oil

Steps to Make:

Blanch broccoli florets for 5 minutes in hot water. Then transfer into cold water.

Blend half cup soaked cardamom, 2 green chillies, 1 garlic pod, 1/2 inch ginger and make a paster.

Add 2 tbsp curd, 2 tbsp cream, 1/2 tsp kasoori methi, 1/4 tsp black pepper powder ,1/4 tsp cumin powder , 1/4 tsp salt , 1/4 tsp black salt and mix well. Then place broccoli florets and marinate for 15 minutes.

Air fry at 180°C (350°F) for 20 minutes minutes until golden and crisp.

Serve hot with mint chutney or yogurt dip for a creamy, flavorful snack!

Ingredientes para Air Fryer Malai Broccoli Recipe

  • 400 gramos de floretes de brócoli
  • 1/2 taza de cardamomo remojado por 20 minutos
  • 2 chiles verdes
  • 1 diente de ajo
  • 1/2 pulgada de jengibre
  • 2 cucharadas de yogur colgado (cuajada)
  • 2 cucharadas de crema fresca
  • 1/2 cucharadita de kasoori methi
  • 1/4 cucharadita de pimienta negra en polvo
  • 1/4 cucharadita de comino en polvo
  • Sal al gusto
  • Aceite

Instrucciones para Air Fryer Malai Broccoli Recipe

Blanquee los floretes de brócoli durante 5 minutos en agua caliente. Luego transfiera a agua fría.

Licúe media taza de cardamomo remojado, 2 chiles verdes, 1 diente de ajo, 1/2 pulgada de jengibre y haga una pasta.

Agregue 2 cucharadas de cuajada, 2 cucharadas de crema, 1/2 cucharadita de kasoori methi, 1/4 cucharadita de pimienta negra en polvo, 1/4 cucharadita de comino en polvo, 1/4 cucharadita de sal, 1/4 cucharadita de sal negra y mezcle bien. Luego coloque los floretes de brócoli y marine durante 15 minutos.

Fría al aire a 180°C (350°F) durante 20 minutos hasta que estén dorados y crujientes.

¡Sirva caliente con chutney de menta o salsa de yogur para un bocadillo cremoso y delicioso!
