Air Fryer Bagels

4 INGREDIENT AIR FRYER PROTEIN BAGELS! Soft & fluffy with 9g protein! Ever since I shared these yesterday on my “what I eat in a day,” you’ve been asking for the recipe, so here it is!

These bagels are made with just flour (I use whole wheat for extra fiber), baking soda, salt, and Greek yogurt. No yeast, no fuss!

Customize them sweet or savory with toppings like cinnamon sugar, everything bagel seasoning, or Parmesan and herbs.

YOU’LL NEED:

-1 c all-purpose flour (use up to 1/2 c whole wheat)

-1 tsp baking powder

-1/4 tsp kosher salt

-1 c plain Greek yogurt (non-fat)

OPTIONAL TOPPINGS:

-Everything bagel seasoning

-Cinnamon sugar

-Rosemary Parmesan

-Shredded cheddar

-1 egg beaten w/ 1 T water (for egg wash)

Mix dry ingredients with yogurt to form a dough. Knead, shape into bagels, and brush with egg wash for toppings to stick. Air fry at 350°F for 8-10 minutes, and DEVOUR!
