Colorful layers of tempeh and veggies on golden puff pastry, cooked to perfection in LG SolarDOM™ air fry mode.
Ingredients:
* 1-2 blocks of tempeh
* 10 sheets of puff pastry
* 1/2 cup ricotta cheese or cream cheese
* 1 eggplant
* 2 potatoes
* 1 zucchini
* 3 tomatoes
* Olive oil, salt, and black pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Slice potatoes, eggplant, zucchini, and tomatoes; prep with salt as needed.
2. Cut puff pastry into circles and tempeh into 5cm rounds.
3. Air fry tempeh at 200°C for 10 minutes in LG SolarDOM™; cool.
4. Spread ricotta on pastry, layer veggies and tempeh, drizzle oil, season.
5. Air fry at 180°C for 8-10 minutes until golden.

Ingredientes para Tempeh Veggie Tree
- 1-2 bloques de tempeh
- 10 hojas de masa de hojaldre
- 1/2 taza de queso ricotta o queso crema
- 1 berenjena
- 2 papas
- 1 calabacín
- 3 tomates
- Aceite de oliva, sal y pimienta negra al gusto
Instrucciones para Tempeh Veggie Tree
- Corta las papas, berenjena, calabacín y tomates; prepáralos con sal según sea necesario.
- Corta la masa de hojaldre en círculos y el tempeh en rondas de 5 cm.
- Airea el tempeh a 200°C durante 10 minutos en LG SolarDOM™; deja enfriar.
- Unta ricotta en la masa, coloca las verduras y el tempeh en capas, rocía aceite, sazona.
- Airea a 180°C durante 8-10 minutos hasta que esté dorado.
