Sriracha – one of my favourite Thermomix swaps! #thermomixtm7 #thermomix #sriracha
🌶️ One of the easiest swaps I’ve made? Homemade Sriracha.
The shop-bought original is packed with E numbers and is classified as an ultra-processed food. It might taste great, but once I realised how easy it was to make from scratch, I never looked back.
With the Thermomix it’s literally a case of adding the ingredients, blending, cooking and bottling. No preservatives, no unnecessary additives, just bold, spicy flavour that lasts for weeks in the fridge.

It’s one of those little swaps that saves me money, cuts down on packaging, and means I know exactly what’s in my food.
It’s proof that you don’t need to cook every meal from scratch to eat better. Sometimes it’s the homemade staples, sauces, dips, stocks and dressings, that make the biggest difference.
👇 What’s one thing you never buy anymore because of your Thermomix? I’d love some new ideas!
