• Water – 3 cups

• Full cream milk – 2 cups

• Sugar – 1 cup

• Cardamom powder

• Fried dry fruits (almonds, cashews, raisins – optional)

👩‍🍳 Method

Add semiya and oil. Air fry at 165°C for 5 mins until aromatic.

Add 3 cups water, transfer to a heat-safe bowl, air fry at 185°C for 8 mins until soft.

Add milk and cook at 175–185°C for 8 mins.

Add sugar and cook for 5 mins.

Ingredientes para Sankranti Special Semiya Kheer

  • Vermicelli (Semiya) – 1 taza
  • Aceite – 2 cucharaditas
  • Agua – 3 tazas
  • Leche entera – 2 tazas
  • Azúcar – 1 taza
  • 1/4 cucharadita de cardamomo en polvo
  • Frutos secos fritos (almendras, nueces de la india, pasas – opcional)

Instrucciones para Sankranti Special Semiya Kheer

Agrega el semiya y el aceite. Cocina en el Air Fryer a 165°C durante 5 minutos hasta que esté aromático.

Agrega 3 tazas de agua, transfiere a un bol resistente al calor, cocina en el Air Fryer a 185°C durante 8 minutos hasta que esté suave.

Agrega la leche y cocina a 175-185°C durante 8 minutos.
