Making Ube Jam with a Thermomix

Who is craving legit homemade ube right now? After watching our latest documentary, we went ahead and made our own version here at the studio. 💜 We couldn’t make Erwan and Chef Martin do the hard work for us, so we made do with a Thermomix!
