🌰 Ingredients

For Honey Almonds:

• 3.5 oz (100 g) raw almonds

• 2 teaspoons honey

• 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

• 1 teaspoon poppy seeds

• A pinch of salt

For Candied Almonds:

• 3.5 oz (100 g) raw almonds

• 3.5 oz (100 g) sugar

• 1 tablespoon water

• A touch of vanilla (liquid or powdered)

For the Salad (optional):

• 1/4 apple

• Mâche (lamb’s lettuce) or your favorite salad greens

• 3 tablespoons olive oil

• 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar

• 1 tablespoon honey

Other:

• 1 sheet parchment paper

• A little vegetable oil or coconut oil

✨ Cook in the air fryer at 340 ºF (170 ºC) for 18 minutes, tossing every 3 minutes for even roasting.

✨ Spread on parchment paper after cooking to keep the almonds from sticking together.
