• 8 oz ground chicken
• 1 tsp Italian seasoning
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 1 tsp onion powder
• 1/4 tsp salt (or to taste)
Pesto, Sun-Dried Tomato & Mozzarella Filling (half side):
• 1.5 tsp pesto
• 2 large sun-dried tomatoes
• 1/8 cup spinach (or to taste)
• 1/8 cup mozzarella
Pepperoni Pizza Filling (half side):
• 1 tbsp pizza sauce
• ~5 pepperoni slices
• 1/8 cup mozzarella
Top with:
• 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese

Instructions
1. Add spices to ground chicken and mix well.
2. Roll ground chicken out to about 1/4-inch thickness.
3. Add fillings to one half (either split half-and-half like I did or double one filling for a full version).
4. Fold over and pinch edges tightlye to seal.
5. Top with Parmesan cheese.
6. Air fry at 400°F for 10–12 minutes, or until chicken is fully cooked.

- Agrega las especias al pollo molido y mezcla bien.
