Ingredients:

• 250g bhindi (okra)

• 1 tsp jeera powder

• Salt to taste

• 1 tsp red chilli powder

• ½ tsp turmeric powder

• 1 tsp chaat masala

• 2 tbsp besan

• 2 tbsp rice flour

• 2 tbsp oil (optional)

• Juice of ½ lemon

Method:

1. Wash and dry the bhindi thoroughly.

2. Remove the top and bottom ends.

3. Slit each bhindi into 4 thin strips.

4. Add jeera powder, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, chaat masala, besan, and rice flour.

5. Squeeze lemon juice and add oil if desired.

6. Mix until all the bhindi is evenly coated.

7. Air fry at 180°C for 16–20 minutes.

8. Shake the basket once or twice while cooking for even crispiness.

9. Serve hot and enjoy crispy, crunchy Kurkuri Bhindi.

Ingredientes para Kurkuri Bhindi in Air Fryer

  • 250g de bhindi (okra)
  • 1 cucharadita de polvo de jeera
  • Sal al gusto
  • 1 cucharadita de chile en polvo
  • ½ cucharadita de cúrcuma en polvo
  • 1 cucharadita de masala chaat
  • 2 cucharadas de besan
  • 2 cucharadas de harina de arroz
  • 2 cucharadas de aceite (opcional)
  • Jugo de ½ limón

Instrucciones para Kurkuri Bhindi in Air Fryer

1. Lava y seca completamente el bhindi.

2. Retira los extremos superior e inferior.

3. Corta cada bhindi en 4 tiras delgadas.

4. Agrega el polvo de jeera, sal, chile en polvo, cúrcuma en polvo, masala chaat, besan y harina de arroz.

5. Exprime el jugo de limón y agrega aceite si lo deseas.

6. Mezcla hasta que todo el bhindi esté uniformemente cubierto.

7. Cocina en el Air Fryer a 180°C durante 16-20 minutos.

8. Agita la cesta una o dos veces durante la cocción para que quede crujiente de manera pareja.

9. Sirve caliente y disfruta de Kurkuri Bhindi crujiente y deliciosa.
