Una deliciosa versión saludable de la clásica receta de Broccoli Tikka, cocinada en el airfryer para una opción baja en calorías y crujiente.

Ingredientes para Broccoli Tikka saludable en airfryer

  • Broccoli – 1 taza
  • Yogur griego – 1/2 taza
  • Harina de garbanzos – 2 cucharadas
  • Polvo de comino – 1 cucharadita
  • Polvo de cilantro – 1 cucharadita
  • Chile en polvo – 1/2 cucharadita
  • Sal y pimienta al gusto

Instrucciones para Broccoli Tikka saludable en airfryer

1. En un tazón, mezcla el yogur griego con la harina de garbanzos y las especias.

2. Agrega el brócoli al tazón y revuelve para cubrirlo completamente con la mezcla de yogur.

3. Precalienta el airfryer a 180°C.
