Una deliciosa versión saludable de la clásica receta de Broccoli Tikka, cocinada en el airfryer para una opción baja en calorías y crujiente.
Ingredientes para Broccoli Tikka saludable en airfryer
- Broccoli – 1 taza
- Yogur griego – 1/2 taza
- Harina de garbanzos – 2 cucharadas
- Polvo de comino – 1 cucharadita
- Polvo de cilantro – 1 cucharadita
- Chile en polvo – 1/2 cucharadita
- Sal y pimienta al gusto
Instrucciones para Broccoli Tikka saludable en airfryer
1. En un tazón, mezcla el yogur griego con la harina de garbanzos y las especias.
2. Agrega el brócoli al tazón y revuelve para cubrirlo completamente con la mezcla de yogur.
3. Precalienta el airfryer a 180°C.
