1/2 cauliflower

1 onion, diced

10-12 beans

2 carrots

1/2 broccoli

1/2 red capsicum

1 tsp sea salt

1/2 tsp garam masala

1/2 tsp jeera powder

1/2 tsp turmeric powder

1 tsp kashmiri chilli powder

1/2 tsp chaat masala

1/2 tsp amchur powder

1 tsp wood pressed ground nut oil

Spray or brush or grease the oil fryer basket

Air fry for 15 mins at 180 Degree C

Half way through turn the vegetables over.
