1. Rocía el plato de cazuela con aceite en aerosol.
2. Rompe el huevo sobre el plato.
3. Coloca el plato en la air fryer precalentada a 180°C y cocina durante 5-7 minutos, o hasta que la clara esté cocida pero la yema siga líquida.
4. Retira con cuidado el plato de la air fryer y sirve caliente.
