🧂Ingredients:
🔸1 yellow onion
🔸1 shallot
🔸700 g red kuri squash (potimarron)
🔸1 tablespoon olive oil
🔸500 g water
🔸1 vegetable stock cube
🔸40 g thick crème fraîche
🔸 a handful of nuts or smoked bacon (for toppings)
🔸1 pinch of salt
🔸1 pinch of pepper
🥣 Instructions:
1️⃣ Peel and roughly chop the onion, shallot, and squash.
2️⃣ Add onion and shallot to the Thermomix. Chop (about 5 sec / speed 5).
3️⃣ Add squash, olive oil, water, thick heavy cream, stock cube, salt, and pepper.
4️⃣ Cook (about 20 min / 100°C / speed 1).
5️⃣ Blend until smooth (about 1 min, gradually increasing speed to 10).
6️⃣Optional: If using, cook the smoked bacon separately and add on top before serving.

Sopa de Calabaza Kuri Thermomix es IMPRESIONANTE 😳
Esta sopa de calabaza kuri Thermomix es ultra cremosa, súper fácil y sabe a comida reconfortante de nivel de restaurante 🍲✨
Ingredientes para Sopa de Calabaza Kuri Thermomix
- 1 cebolla amarilla
- 1 chalote
- 700 g de calabaza kuri roja (potimarron)
- 1 cucharada de aceite de oliva
- 500 g de agua
- 1 cubo de caldo de verduras
- 40 g de crema espesa
- un puñado de nueces o tocino ahumado (para toppings)
- 1 pizca de sal
- 1 pizca de pimienta
Instrucciones para Sopa de Calabaza Kuri Thermomix
1️⃣ Pelar y picar en trozos grandes la cebolla, el chalote y la calabaza.
2️⃣ Agregar la cebolla y el chalote al Thermomix. Picar (unos 5 seg / velocidad 5).
3️⃣ Agregar la calabaza, el aceite de oliva, el agua, la crema espesa, el cubo de caldo, la sal y la pimienta.
4️⃣ Cocinar (unos 20 min / 100°C / velocidad 1).
5️⃣ Mezclar hasta que quede suave (unos 1 min, aumentando gradualmente la velocidad a 10).
6️⃣ Opcional: Si se usa, cocinar el tocino ahumado por separado y agregar encima antes de servir.
