Thai Fish cakes grilled on the Charcoal Weber BBQ 😋… the charcoal gave them an extra Smokey flavour. Ingredients were all chopped and combined in the Thermomix®. Ingredients:-
Fish fillets Salt pepper Chilli sauce
Lemongrass
Garlic paste
Grated ginger Coriander
Brown onion Panko crumbs and eggs As this was on the sticky side I pressed each cake into extra panko crumbs. Use avocado oil on your pan and give each cake a few minutes of cooking time on each side. This is a great recipe to use up fish fillets. 👩🏻🍳Carolyn Booth
