Receta fácil Pastela Moruna paste 🥧 con thermomix 💚 cookidoo receta con subtítulos

Ingredientes

· 500 g de pechuga de pollo sin piel

· 50 g de almendras fritas con sal

· 400 g de cebolla en trozos

· 70 g de aceite

· 1 cucharada de perejil fresco picado

· ½ cucharadita de canela molida (y un poco más para espolvorear)

· ½ cucharadita de jengibre en polvo

· 100 g de agua

· 50 g de piñones

· 50 g de pasas

· 160 g de azúcar moreno

· 1 – 2 cucharaditas de sal

· 1 – 2 pellizcos de azafrán

· 3 huevos batidos

Montaje

· 12 láminas de masa filo

· 160 g de mantequilla fundida
