🔥 The Easiest Creme Brulee Thermomix Recipe – No Water Bath Needed! 🔥

Who’s ready for a silky smooth Crème Brûlée with that perfect glassy caramelized sugar topping? 😍 With your Thermomix, you can make this decadent dessert in just 15 minutes—no water bath required!

We have five ingredients: cream, vanilla, sugar, egg yolks, and brown sugar for the topping. Once you have everything, it’s time to make your crème brûlée.

Start by adding

400 ml of heavy cream

70 g of sugar to your Thermomix.

Then, add 8 to 10 egg yolks, which is about 170 to 175 g.

Since this is vanilla crème brûlée, we will add a teaspoon of vanilla extract.

For a stronger vanilla flavor, you can use the seeds from one fresh vanilla bean pod. The seeds not only boost the flavor but also look cute.

Now, turn on the Thermomix. Set it to 15 minutes at 90°C at Speed 3

Just three steps and that’s it! No water baths are needed. In 15 minutes, your Thermomix will cook your crème brûlée to perfection. You can pour it out and watch the magic happen.

Oh, I almost forgot!

Add a little pinch of sea salt or kosher salt. This will balance the sweetness of your crème brûlée.

Now, we’re ready! I love that sound! Oh my gosh, the crème brûlée smells so good! It may look a bit runny, but that’s okay, it will thicken as it cools.

Pour it into your ramekin. Then, let it set in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours or overnight and it will set up perfectly!

Cómo hacer mi Receta de Crème Brûlée Thermomix

Una receta fácil para preparar el delicioso Crème Brûlée en tu Thermomix, ¡sin necesidad de baño de agua!

Ingredientes para Crème Brûlée Thermomix

  • 400 ml de crema de leche
  • 70 g de azúcar
  • 8 a 10 yemas de huevo (aprox. 170 a 175 g)
  • 1 cucharadita de extracto de vainilla
  • Azúcar moreno para el topping

Instrucciones para Crème Brûlée Thermomix
