3 cups all-purpose flour

Crack the egg into a bowl.

Add sugar, yeast, milk, refined oil, and salt.

Mix well and rest for 10 minutes until slightly frothy.

Add all-purpose flour and mix to form a dough.

Knead the dough for 5–7 minutes until smooth and elastic.

Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl.

Cover and let it rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.

Divide the dough into small portions.

Shape each portion into smooth balls.

Cover and rest again for 30 minutes.

Apply egg wash on top.

Air fry at 165°C for 15 minutes until golden.

Brush with butter after cooking.

Cover for 10 minutes to make them soft.
