1. Preheat your air fryer to 160°C (320°F) for 3–4 minutes.

2. In a mixing bowl, add:

• Makhana

• Poha

• Roasted Chana

• Almonds & Cashews

3. Drizzle 1 tsp olive oil or ghee (optional, for extra flavor).

4. Add the spices:

• Turmeric

• Red chili powder

• Black salt

• Chaat masala

• Curry leaves

5. Mix everything well with hands or a spatula so the spices coat all ingredients.

6. Put the mix into the air fryer basket.

7. Air fry at 160°C for 5–6 minutes, shaking the basket once or twice in between.

8. Check for crispiness. If needed, air fry for 1–2 more minutes.

9. Let it cool completely.

Instrucciones para Healthy Namkeen en Air Fryer

1. Precalienta tu air fryer a 160°C (320°F) durante 3-4 minutos.

2. En un tazón, agrega los Makhana, Poha, Roasted Chana, Almendras y Anacardos.

3. Rocía 1 cucharadita de aceite de oliva o ghee (opcional, para un sabor extra).
