Fried Kolhapuri Ghati Masala Bhindi / Ladies Finger | Airfryer Recipe
The girl who once refused to eat bhindi is now sharing a bhindi recipe. 😄
Turns out, I never hated bhindi… I just hadn’t found the right version. ❤️
This crispy Air Fryer Bhindi is quick, packed with flavour, uses very little oil, and pairs perfectly with simple dal-rice or even roti.
The hero here is the Masoi Kolhapuri Ghati Masala from Masoi Foods. It brings a beautiful balance of spice, warmth, and authentic Kolhapuri flavour without overpowering the dish. Such an easy way to elevate everyday recipes!
✨ Recipe (Serves 2)
Ingredients
• 250 g bhindi (washed & completely dried)
• 1 tbsp oil
• 1 tsp Masoi Kolhapuri Ghati Masala
• ½ tsp red chilli powder (optional)
• ¼ tsp turmeric
• ½ tsp coriander powder
• ¼ tsp cumin powder
• ½ tsp salt
• 1 tbsp rice flour
• 1 tbsp besan
• ½ tsp amchur (or lemon juice after cooking)
• Pinch of hing (optional)
Method
1. Slice the dried bhindi into thin strips.
2. Toss with oil, salt, turmeric, Kolhapuri Ghati Masala, coriander powder, cumin powder and hing. Rest for 5 minutes.
3. Add rice flour and besan. Toss well.
4. Air fry at 180°C for 8–10 minutes.
5. Shake the basket, then air fry at 200°C for 4–6 minutes until crispy.
6. Finish with amchur (or lemon juice) and a light sprinkle of Kolhapuri Ghati Masala.
Serve immediately with dal-rice or roti and enjoy! 🤍

Ingredientes para Bhindi Frito con Masala Kolhapuri Ghati
- 250 g de bhindi (lavado y completamente seco)
- 1 cucharada de aceite
- 1 cucharadita de Masala Kolhapuri Ghati
- 1/2 cucharadita de chile en polvo (opcional)
- 1/4 cucharadita de cúrcuma
- 1/2 cucharadita de polvo de cilantro
- 1/4 cucharadita de comino en polvo
- 1/2 cucharadita de sal
- 1 cucharada de harina de arroz
- 1 cucharada de harina de garbanzo
- 1/2 cucharadita de amchur (o jugo de limón después de cocinar)
- Pizca de hing (opcional)
Instrucciones para Bhindi Frito con Masala Kolhapuri Ghati
1. Corta el bhindi seco en tiras finas.
2. Mezcla con aceite, sal, cúrcuma, Masala Kolhapuri Ghati, polvo de cilantro, comino en polvo y hing. Deja reposar durante 5 minutos.
3. Agrega harina de arroz y harina de garbanzo. Mezcla bien.
4. Fríe en el airfryer a 180°C durante 8-10 minutos.
5. Agita la cesta, luego fríe en el airfryer a 200°C durante 4-6 minutos hasta que estén crujientes.
6. Termina con amchur (o jugo de limón) y una ligera espolvoreada de Masala Kolhapuri Ghati.
¡Sirve inmediatamente con dal-rice o roti y disfruta! 🤍
