– Ingredients:

First Marination:

1. Paneer 300 gm

2. ⁠Cornflour 2 tbsp

3. ⁠Rice flour 2 tbsp

Second Marination:

1. Cornflour 2 tbsp

2. ⁠Rice flour 2 tbsp

3. ⁠Salt & black pepper 1/2 tsp each

4. ⁠Red chilli & Kashmiri chilli powder 1 tsp each

5. ⁠Yoghurt 2 tbsp

6. ⁠Curry leaves chopped

7. ⁠Water to bind everything

– Coat the paneer pieces with the second marination and air fry for 15 minutes at 190 degrees in your Nutricook Air Fryer Slim.

Tadka:

1. Oil 1 tbsp

2. ⁠Garlic 10-12 chopped

3. ⁠Ginger finely chopped

4. ⁠Red and Green chillies

5. ⁠Curry leaves – a sprig

6. ⁠Add water to the leftover marination, add that

7. ⁠Fried paneer pieces

8. ⁠Garnish with curry leaves and chillies
