📝 Ingredients
* 3 cups Murmura (Puffed Rice / Mamra)
* ½ cup Raw Peanuts
* 8–10 Fresh Curry Leaves
* Salt to taste
* ½ tsp Turmeric Powder
* ½ tsp Red Chilli Powder
* 1–2 tsp Oil
👨🍳 Method
1. In a large bowl, combine murmura, raw peanuts, curry leaves, salt, turmeric, red chilli powder, and oil.
2. Mix everything well so the spices coat the murmura evenly.
3. Preheat the air fryer to 160°C (320°F).
4. Air fry at 160°C for 8–10 minutes, shaking the basket every 2–3 minutes for even roasting.
5. Once the peanuts are roasted and the murmura turns crispy, let it cool completely before serving or storing.
⚠️ Important Air Fryer Tip
Fresh curry leaves (kadi patta) are very light and can fly around inside the air fryer. If they touch the heating element, they may burn. To avoid this:
* Place the curry leaves under the murmura so they stay weighed down, or
* Put them in the bottom tray/crisper plate area if your air fryer design allows, so they don’t fly up.

- ½ cucharadita de chile en polvo
- 1-2 cucharaditas de aceite

1. En un bol grande, combina el murmura, los cacahuetes crudos, las hojas de curry, la sal, la cúrcuma, el chile en polvo y el aceite.
2. Mezcla todo bien para que las especias cubran uniformemente el murmura.
